MIKE SASSE
Mike is President of Commonwealth Roofing Corp. which he began in 1981. He has served as a Director of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), is a past-president of the Kentucky Roofing Contractors Association (KRCA), and was the founding president of the Greater Louisville Roofing Contractors Association (GLRCA).
NATHAN SASSE

Nathan has been involved with Commonwealth Roofing for as long as he can remember. He is a minority owner, Sales Manager & son of President Mike Sasse. Nathan began as a laborer here in 1997 & quickly moved into a General Foreman position until 2001. He continued on to Sales & Superintendent & is currently Assistant COO, and Secretary Treasurer all while still successfully maintaining the role of Sales Manager for our Commercial & Residential departments.
Nathan is currently serving on the board of The Kentucky Roofing Contractor’s Association as their Secretary Treasurer. He is a dignified Trinity High School graduate & attended the University of Louisville.
LYNN BIGGERS
Lynn joined us in 2007 as a Commercial Salesman but has a lifetime of commercial roofing experience in all roof systems. If you’ve ever driven by a building that has a roof on it, more than likely, he’s been on it. He has also been a past board member with the Kentucky Roofing Contractor’s Association & has served as a director with the National Roofing Contractor’s Association. We consider him to be a highly valuable asset to the Commonwealth Roofing family.
KYLE HAMPTON
Kyle leads our Residential Sales Department.
GREG GILLUM
Greg is our Production Superintendent & Shop Foreman. He began here in 1986, left for a brief time & has returned to manage our Safety Guidelines, Schedules & Job Site Performance.
DONNA HIGGINS
Donna is our Office Manager & has been here since 1986. For the last 24 years she’s kept our office running smoothly & efficiently.
JESSI HIGGINS
Jessi is our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Manager & has been with us since 2008, bringing her cheerful disposition & wonderful organization skills to the company.
JOE SASSE
Joe has also been involved with Commonwealth Roofing for as long as he can remember. He is also President Mike Sasse’s son & has extensive training in thatched roofs. Joe spent two years in England & later traveled the world to learn this method of roofing. Upon his return to the U.S., he has installed thatch in theme parks, wineries, barns, zoos, and residences from Florida to Wisconsin and from Maine to California. We were happy to have him home & now serves the U.S. as a Master Thatcher with New World Thatchers, a subsidiary of Commonwealth Roofing.
MISTY SASSE
Marketing & Inside Sales here at Commonwealth Roofing, Daughter-in-law to President Mike Sasse & proud wife of Sales Manager, Nathan Sasse. She’s been with us since 2004 & recently you may have heard her on WGTK 970am or WHAS 11. If not, more than likely she’s already mailed some of our company information to you. She believes 110% in providing our customers with excellent customer service & customer satisfaction.
