  • Step 1 : By researching your existing roof history and doing a thorough on-site survey, we can utilize our GPS web-based roof analysis technology to thoroughly and efficiently compile pertinent facts about your roof system. From that we develop a detailed survey and inventory for each building or major section of roof with photos and notes keyed to a scale roof drawing.
  • Step 2 : On a regular basis, usually twice a year, we do a detailed inspection of your building and roof system to detect any signs of trouble at their earliest stages. All defects are documented, photographed and referenced to the scale drawing developed in Step 1. At the same time we also perform maintenance chores such as cleaning debris from drains and doing minor repairs.
  • Step 3 : Our Inspection Results and Recommendations for alleviating any problems are detailed in your Condition Assessment Report.
