Bill Collins Ford Dealership
The Bill Collins Ford Dealership was formerly the Westland Mall. After a severe hail storm, we repaired hail damage to more than 100,000 square feet of roofing made from polyurethane foam (PUF). We covered their building with Duro-Last PVC membrane, the only system that offers a warranty over old PUF, saving the cost of a tear-off.
The skills involved to complete this project include in-depth knowledge of Duro-Last PVC membrane and best practices for installing it.
The dealership benefited from significant cost savings because we prioritized a repair before a replacement and covered it with long-lasting PVC.

The skills involved to complete this project include experience and skills in gutter systems, interior and exterior of buildings, standing seam metal roof systems, and installation of roof drainage systems.
Because we prioritized roof repairs before replacement, the plumbing warehouse saw significant cost savings by eliminating water damage to their inventory. Installing a Duro-Last PVC membrane system over the existing standing seam metal yielded significant cost savings by eliminating tear-off costs and minimized disruption of their operations. We also maintain the gutter and drainage system to prevent costly issues in the future.
